Shipping and Delivery

Items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

After your order is fulfilled, the estimated delivery times for most locations is 15 60 business days.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier and the shipping method you choose.
Estimated shipping rates are as follows:
USA DHL EXPRESS upgrade $60 USD delivery 2-7 business days
CANADA – $9.00 USD

Insurance and priority mail are optional charges.
If you would like to add these security measures, please inform us prior to completing your purchase.
The above rates do not apply to wholesale, custom, or corporate orders.
International customers are highly encouraged to request shipping with optional insurance coverage.
You are responsible for any customs, brokerage fees and import taxes that may apply.
Please check with your local postal authorities concerning customs regulations and fees prior to completing your purchase, related fees are not included at checkout.
Every international package goes through customs which can sometimes delay the process;
Terlis Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Your package will be shipped CERTIFIED” by the local postal service, with tracking;
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout;
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when your order ships.
Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.
It may take up to 10 business days from the shipping date, for package tracking information to show or be updated by the carrier.
Rural domestic addresses may require additional days to be delivered.
Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery by Postal Services.
You are responsible for the reception of your package. A notice will be left by the Post Office if there is no one to receive it. If the package is not claimed by the time stated on the notice, it will be returned to sender and may incur additional fees.
Delivery confirmation might not be available for all locations.
We cannot be responsible for weather delays.
Severe weather may cause shipping delays.

Please note, If the product(s) is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. 

If your package is being returned to sender due to:

⦁ Unclaimed recorded delivery,
⦁ Incomplete/Insufficient Address,
⦁ Undeliverable as Addressed,
⦁ Address illegible / inaccessible,
⦁ Addressee unknown at marked address.
⦁ Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs,
⦁ Denied Due to Customs Charges,
⦁ Delivery refused by addressee, etc…

Undamaged and in resalable condition returned products may be eligible for refund.
Refunds for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost may be issued.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
We cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped.
We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned.

Please note : Carriers return packages at their convenience and speed, this may result to a longer return transit time.

We kindly ask that you verify that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout.

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address on your order, may cause:

⦁ additional fees
⦁ loss of package
⦁ other delivery issues

Please note that:
– we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped, but we will gladly work with you to help resolve the issue,
– we cannot be held responsible for any transit delays, additional fees, loss of package and other delivery issues that may arise due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
– we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind due an error in the shipping information that you provided on your order; if such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, damaged or destroyed.

Refunds and additional fees:
– Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
– If we are charged a fee to receive your returned package, the amount charged will be deducted from your total refund.
– If the amount we are charged is greater than the refund amount of the purchase price, no refund will be issued for the order.

By ordering with Terlis Designs, you agree and acknowledge these terms and conditions.

Returns and Exchanges

Products must be returned unused, unworn, with original packaging, in its original condition, accompanied by the original packing slip to ensure a full refund (if applicable). 

If you received a free gift with purchase, please make sure to include the gift with your return or its retail value will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To request an exchange or return please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.  

The agreed product(s) must be shipped back to Terlis Designs within 14 days of delivery.

You are welcomed to choose your shipping method or carrier. 

After shipment please send an email to [email protected] detailing the product(s) enclosed, date shipped, shipping method, tracking number (if possible) and your expectations. 

Please note that: 

– You are responsible for all return shipping costs.  

– We encourage you to add tracking and insurance to your package. 

– We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns or exchanges. 

– We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.

You will receive an email notification from Terlis Designs when we receive and evaluate the product(s).  

Please allow up to 20 days for your return to be processed.  

Price adjustments will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or as a store credit (excluding shipping) if applicable.  

Please note, If the product(s) is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

  1. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, they cannot be returned:  

    – Custom or personalized orders 

    – Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) 

    – Items purchased on sale (including merchandise discounted by 50% or more)  

    – Items marked as FINAL SALE  

    Restrictions may apply to promotional offers, giveaways, and discounts.

Jewelry Care

It is recommended that you:
– Remove your jewelry before bathing, swimming, doing household chores, using abrasive cleaners, sleeping, sports and other physical activities.

– Avoid direct contact with beauty products such as perfume, hairspray or deodorant and make sure to wait for these items to dry thoroughly before wearing your jewelry. 

– Avoid cleaning with an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner or abrasive fabrics.

– Avoid exposing your jewelry to intense/direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

The above elements can eventually take a toll on your jewelry, it may cause metals to dull or tarnish, and gemstones to discolor or become damaged. Some stones are sensitive to the sun and colors may become muted if exposed for a great length of time.

P.S We know you love your jewelry so much that you hate to take it off, but trust us, your jewelry will thank-you for it.

Clean regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to keep your jewelry beautiful.
You may also consider:
Cleaning your jewelry is with clear, unscented dish soap and a toothbrush.
– Gently wash with a soft brush using mild soap & warm water,
– rinse beneath lukewarm water,
– pat gently with a clean, dry and soft cloth,
– allow to dry completely before storage,
– store in small, clear, resealable bag (if possible). 
Additional tips:
Be sure to store your treasures in a safe place, away from light, in a jewelry box, cloth pouch or drawer between wears to prevent tarnishing 🙂

Remember, the more you wear your sterling silver pieces, the less you’ll have to polish them. Silver LOVES to be worn!

P.S Use caution when cleaning any plated metals (including gold vermeil, which is gold plating over sterling silver), plated metals can easily wear off (rub lightly).

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due your monitor settings and/or to the nature of your product(s) being handmade to order .

Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this, and contact your bank.

Some banks require you to enter the security codes that they send you at the time of purchase, please ensure that these codes are entered correctly to avoid declined purchases.

There may be cased where your bank might put an order on hold and contact you to make sure that the purchase is not fraudulent. If you confirm that the purchase is not fraudulent your bank may ask you to proceed to the payment steps again.

You will always get an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site. If your credit card was declined, you may see pending transactions for each attempt to submit payment. The pending transaction generally clear up within three to five business days, depending on your bank. Please check your billing address before submitting the order again.

Your order will arrive individually wrapped and sealed, in a fabric Terlis Designs pouch, along with care and handling instructions .

If your order is from one of our production partners it will arrive neatly packaged.

All custom personalized pieces are made-to-order and are final sale. The order cannot be cancelled or altered after submitted, and it cannot be returned. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. Production times vary from 1-4 weeks depending on the pieces. Products are created at our discretion, and we will not produce any pieces containing profane language. If you have questions about your custom piece(s), please email [email protected]

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

In general, promotion codes cannot be used on gift cards and promotional-priced products. Custom / Personalized items and Sales are often excluded from promotions. Please feel free to email [email protected] for additional information.

Our Wire wrapped pieces are created with sterling silver wires, semi-precious stones or hand-painted resin cabochons created by Terlis designs.
Our Resin art pieces are hand-painted by the Artist using the flow painting technique.
